SLYD Label Design and Instructional Video

SLYD Wines is from a wine maker that has deep love for music. The SLYD name even refers to a technique often used in blues-style music where the player “slides” an object against the strings. I thought it would be interesting to pair each wine with a curated playlist. Each wine would come with a Spotify code you can scan with the Spotify app. I used his existing logo to design an original label and made an animation in After Effects to show the costumer how to access the playlist. The back of the label is inspired by classic rock gig posters.
